Отягощение 40% ПМ в прыжках со штангой позволило проявить большую максимальную, среднюю силу и мощность, чем при использовании нагруз- ки 60% ПМ.

 

 

Выводы авторов согласуются с результатами таблицы: меха- нические характеристики махов гирей двумя руками, вероятно, не существенны для развития максимальной силы. Махи можно использовать как полезное дополнение к программам силовой и оздоровительной тренировки, для тренировки способности к бы- строму развитию усилия. При этом необходимо учитывать спец- ифичность движения [26].


Мнения о пользе тренировки с гирями неоднозначны. Веро- ятно, это обусловлено различиями между группами испытуемых, малочисленностью групп, а также существенными отличиями на- грузки. например, в одном из исследований группы Jay et al. по- казано, что 8-недельная интервальная тренировка махами по 20 минут три раза в неделю несущественно увеличила высоту прыж- ка с подседом (на 1,5 см) и улучшила реакцию на неожиданное из- менение позы. Кроме того, групповая тренировка с гирями оказала положительное влияние на самочувствие испытуемых, в частности субъективную оценку собственно силы [24]. В другом исследовании сравнивали влияние тренировки с гирями и тяжелоатлетические упражнения. Тяжелоатлетические упражнения в большей степени увеличили силу, чем гиревая тренировка. и это не удивительно, так как при тестировании силы использовали приседания со штангой, а мощность оценивали прыжком в высоту и подъемом на грудь. В прыжке после 6 недель тренировок улучшений не зафиксировали, а тестовые упражнения со штангой использовались в программе тяжелоатлетических упражнений. Кроме того, для тренировок ис- пользовали гирю 16 кг. Тем не менее, авторы отметили, что приме- нение гирь может хорошо дополнять силовую и оздоровительную тренировку [34].
