При списании члена экипажа в иностранном порту готовятся: выписка из судовой роли (на русском языке), отношение с просьбой принять члена экипажа на другое судно, выписка из судовой роли (на английском языке). Недостающие бланки документов можно заказать через капитана судна у представителя агентирующей фирмы.
