(Сравнение прилагательных. Часть 2)
Кроме употребления сравнительной и превосходной степеней, два и более объекта можно сравнивать при помощи конструкций:
Такой же как – as … as …
Не такой как – not as… as…
Example:
The green dress is as expensive as the red one.
Yesterday was not as cold as today.
Упражнение 1. Перефразируйте предложения, используя конструкции «as … as» или «so … as».
1.He is very tall and she is very tall too. – He is _________ her.

Relative pronouns
(Относительные местоимения)
Использование относительных местоимений в предложениях позволяет представлять дополнительную уточняющую информацию о лице или предмете.
· Для лиц – who или that
Mr Todd is the man who/ that bought my car.
· Для предметов – which или that
That is the car which / that Mr Todd bought from my dad.
· Для мест – where
This is the tree where Mr Todd crashed his car.
· Мы используем whose в значении «чей».
This is Ben whose sister is in your class.
NB
Мы можем пропустить who , which и that, если за ними следует существительное или местоимение.
This is the man who I told you about.
