- знать формы разрешения споров: litigation, arbitration, mediation, adjudication;

- уметь сравнивать отечественную и англо-американскую систему гражданского судопроизводства.

- иметь представление о правах и обязанностях работников и работодателей по нормам англо-американской правовой системы;

- знать порядок процедуры медиации; виды dismissal.

- уметь сравнивать нормы отечественного и англо-американского трудового права;

- знать типы и виды преступлений; отличие от категории деликтов;

- уметь сравнивать отечественную и англо-американскую систему уголовного судопроизводства; высказывать свою точку зрения относительно различных мер уголовного наказания.
