The dissertation paper is devoted to the research on the collaboration of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in modern conditions situation.

At the present stage interest of a domestic historical science and history of becoming and development of interstate relations of Kazakhstan with the various countries, including Central Asian states has amplified. It is caused first of all, integration processes on maintenance of the world and stability in the Central Asia, process of democratization of a society and identification of ethnically and spiritually. In this plan Kazakh and Uzbek mutual relations is represented. Strengthening of interest to history of mutual relations of Kazakhstan with Uzbekistan as leading strategic partners of the Central Asia region in the present is caused by the geopolitical and geo-economic reasons. First of all relations of positions of two republics are systematic element of all system of the international relations in region as whole.

The actuality of the dissertation. In the given dissertation an object in view - investigate various directions of multilateral cooperation of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

Research problems is theoretic-methodological aspects of the given problem the analysis of normative-legal base of mutual relations, humanitarian cooperation, and also interaction of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in maintenance of peace in the Central Asia region.

The objective of the research consists of complex study of the history of collaboration of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in modern conditions during 1991-2008 years.

In the given dissertation an object in view - investigate various directions of multilateral cooperation of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

Research problems is theoretic-methodological aspects of the given problem, the analysis of normative-legal base of mutual relations, humanitarian cooperation, and also interaction of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in maintenance of peace in the Central Asia region.

The novelty of the research consists of the following:

- As object of following in scientific turn is involved foreign and domestic literature which earlier was not a subject of the historiographic analysis;

- For the first time the complex and system analysis of character and features of foreign policy of Kazakhstan, its integration directions, problems of inter-regional safety, cooperation of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in cancers of the Shanghai organization assistance, meeting on interaction and the world of trust of Asia and the organization of the contract of collective safety is presented;

- On the basis of archival materials of the Central state archive Republic of Kazakhstan, Central state archive Republic of Uzbekistan, archive of president Republic of Kazakhstan, national cooperation of sister republics, their basic directions and prospects of development;

- The generalizing analysis of history of cooperation, inter-regional contradictions and two states, joint profitable struggle for the first time is presented to dissertations against terrorism and extremism which allow to develop priorities of the further development, with the purpose of preservation of political stability in region, and also to reveal alternatives, theories and typology of scientific research of cooperation of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in modern conditions;

- During summarizing dissertational research strategic, purposeful results of mutual relations in the field of education, sciences, public health services and culture which studying is an integral part of process of formation of historical consciousness and becoming of statehood have been revealed.

Key points of the research:

- At the initial stage of becoming of their statehood in front of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan there were prime priority problems of the conclusion multilateral and bilateral agreements giving a guarantee of territorial integrity, stability, mutual respect and trust, development trading-economical interactions? For today, between the sides the legal basis is created, they have concluded among themselves more than 90 Agreements, memorandums and communiqués which became their leader mutual integration;

- Naturally, there were difficulties and time problems in the course of the national state formation which became a basis of current contradictions, despite of it the sides have determined frontiers and have strengthened system of safety allowing guarantee of political stability of the Central Asian region.

- They have outstripped a joint plan of action against a different sort of religious penetrations and extremist, terror groupings;
