In my opinion the best way to lean about the country is to visit it. They say “A picture is worth a thousand words». Belarus offers almost endless possibilities for things to see and do. It’s a country with fascinating history, exciting cities, and rich cultural traditions. It’s worth visiting Belarus because it is a beautiful country situated in the geographical center of Europe. There are lots of attractions in Belarus that can surprise and inspire curious travelers. Visit Belarus because of its unique nature, beautiful lakes and rivers, national parks, old cities and medieval castles. I would advise my American friend to talk to people to learn more about their way of life. And it would be a good idea to visit the National Library in Minsk. This is a real temple (храм) of information and knowledge. There he would definitely find all necessary information about our country.

Social networking is a convenient way to keep in touch with foreign friends and a good possibility to develop cooperation. What do you think about it?

We don`t imagine our lives without the Internet. We can find all necessary information there. We use popular services and sources every day. One of the most popular sources is social nets. A social network is a very useful invention of the 21st century. Nowadays millions of people use social networks. It is an Internet site that gives us a chance to support various contacts, keep friendly relationships with classmates, acquaintances. More functional social nets allow watching photos and video films, to listen to music and so on. Besides it helps to promote businesses. Business people create special websites to communicate with their partners. There is a possibility to enter different interesting groups. There exist social nets connecting people according to a general interest, for example, computer games players are combined into a social net. When people communicate they understand one another better. We live on one planet and therefore have to learn to live together in peace

Would you like to visit Great Britain? Why or why not?

I have always wanted to visit The UK. I have read a lot about it but “A picture is worth a thousand words”. One of the most visited countries in the world, England offers almost endless possibilities for things to see and do. It’s a country with fascinating history, exciting cities, and rich cultural traditions. Historic sites are at every turn (за каждым поворотом), from prehistoric monuments like mysterious Stonehenge to centuries-old castles dating back to the Middle Ages. The UK is a real paradise for tourists with all necessary facilities for comfortable rest. You’re guaranteed an unforgettable experience.

Besides, we should take into consideration the fact that the United Kingdom is really diverse and involves the features of its unique parts and their nationalities. Each country is charming on its own. Scotland is famous for its whiskey, kilts and amazing highlands. Ireland fascinates with its music, dances and Irish beer. England attracts people by its sights, phone boxes, red buses and such a special atmosphere, Wales is a county (графство) of lakes. I hope I will go there someday and see everything with my own eyes.
