    Mikhail Semenovich Shchepkin was born in November, 6 in 1788 in the village Krasnoye. Shchepkin was born a serf . After attending public school he joined the Kursk theatre as an understudy in1805.

     In 1823 he joined the Maly (Little) Theatre in Moscow, where he dominated actors and dramatists alike for the next 40 years. He was friendly with Alexander Pushkin, Ivan Turgenev and other writers. Shchepkin’s greatest acting successes: were in Shakespearean roles and in such character parts as the mayor in Nikolay Gogol’.

     M.S.Shchepkin was a talented, skilled, bright actor. He served his country the best. The monument of Shchepkin is built in Belgorod near the Drama theatre, which named after him.

    Boris Ivanovich Osykov was born in 1934 in Voronezh. His father was from peasant’s family. He lived in the village Pavlovka near Ivnya. His mother was a daughter of famous architect and Russian poet M.A. Yazykov. Boris Ivanovich began to write poems in the seventh form. He wrote about war, nature and school life. B.I. chosen his future profession in school period. He wrote about 20 books. The most important of them are: The novel about Gidar, The book about Shchepkin, Belgorod-blue distance. Osykov worked hard and even now he has a lot of articles for magazines and newspapers.

    Stepan Anikievich Degtyaryov is a well-known Russian composer, conductor, teacher and singer. He was born in 1766 in a serf family, in the village of Borisovka, Grayvoron district.

The number of Degtyaryov’s composition is about 150. His works were popular enough not only in Russia but also abroad. But he died in poverty in 1813. His life was full of sufferings and hardships.

     Some streets in Belgorod and Borisovka and Belgorod music college were named after him. Sculptor Smely created a bronze monument to Degtyaryov which was places near the Belgorod music college in 1994.

Svetlana Khorkina is one of the famous Belgorod sportsmen. She was born on the 19th of January in 1979 in Belgorod, Russia. She started to practice gymnastics seriously when she was about 6 years old. She had enough talent and ambition to become a pretty successful gymnastics.

 She took part in European Championships, Olympic Games. She won gold and silver medals. We are proud of Svetlana Khorkina.

     One of the sports complex of Belgorod has the name of Svetlana Khorkina.

Тип урока: комплексное применение знаний и способов деятельности

Используемые технологии: разноуровневое обучение, обучение в сотрудничестве, ситуативные упражнения.

Цели:

Познавательный аспект – познакомить с достопримечательностями родного города;

Развивающий аспект – развитие способности к извлечению информации о достопримечательностях города из текста, развитие способности к формулированию выводов;

Воспитательный аспект- формирование понимания значимости памятников ровного города;

Учебный аспект –совершенствование речевых навыков;

Сопутствующая задача: развитие умения читать с извлечением конкретной информации.
